Andria Wallace, IADA, RES is the owner and creative force behind Contented Rooms. She
received her interior arrangement training in Los Angeles, CA and is certified specifically
in the areas of interior arrangement and real estate enhancement by the Interior Arrangement
and Design Association (IADA). Andria is also a charter member of Realty Enhancements
International, a professional organization for real estate staging and
enhancement professionals.

trained and qualified assistant accompanies Ms. Wallace on each of the engagements. We move
furniture, hang pictures and arrange lighting and accessories to show off your rooms to
their fullest potential. While others may provide suggestions about what you should do,
when we walk out the door, the work has already been done. Our training and experience
ensure that you get creative solutions that you or others may never have even considered to
show off your house at its best.

Not only is membership based on a rigorous submission process which evaluates a candidate’s portfolio of work to ensure they demonstrate knowledge, experience and skill, but all members must adhere to a strict code of ethics.

In addition to her interior arrangement background, Ms. Wallace has specifically trained and studied the art of real estate staging and
enhancement. She is a member of Realty Enhancements International, and has been certified by REI as a Real Estate Enhancement Specialist (RES). Ms. Wallace understands how decorating a house to display on the real estate market is
a different process than decorating it to live in, and knows how to leverage that difference to your advantage when preparing your house for the market.
